Aryan Khan Moves Plea In NDPS Court Seeking Return Of His Passport

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]: Bollywood entertainer Shah Rukh Khan’s child Aryan Khan who was given a clean chit by the Narcotics Control Bureau in last year’s Cordelia journey sting operation case, has documented a supplication under the steady gaze of an exceptional NDPS court looking for the arrival of his visa.

An exceptional Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS) court on Thursday coordinated the NCB to document an answer and posted the following hearing with regards to this issue for July 13.

Khan was conceded bail by the Bombay High Court on 28 October 2021 and his visa was held onto by the Narcotics Control Bureau during the test.

The NCB had recorded a 6,000-page chargesheet against 14 denounced in the voyage sting operation case on May 27, which bars the name of five others including Aryan Khan, who were prior captured for the situation.

“Aryan Khan was not named in the chargesheet and his arrest along with imprisonment for 26 days was wrong, especially when no drugs of any kind were found from him. There was no evidence of any kind, there was no material of any nature in violation of any law, except the NDPS Act.

We are glad that Sanjay Kumar Singh, heading the NCB SIT, investigated the matter properly and decided not to file a complaint against Aryan Khan due to lack of sufficient evidence,” Aryan Khan’s lawyer, Satish Maneshinde earlier said.

The NCB documented no grumbling against Aryan Khan and five others in the supposed voyage narcotics seizure case because of an absence of “adequate” proof.

As per the Deputy Director-General (DDG) of the NCB, every one of the blamed people with the exception of Aryan and Mohak were tracked down possessing Narcotics.

“A complaint against 14 persons under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act is being filed. Complaint against rest six persons is not being filed due to the lack of evidence,” he said.

Aside from Aryan and five others, the NCB has presented a protest against every one of the 14 people charged for the situation.

A NCB group busted a supposed medications party on the Cordelia Cruise transport which was en route to Goa at mid-ocean on October 2 evening. Eight people captured 20 individuals including Aryan Khan, alongside other charged Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha for the situation.
