Aditi Sagar To Play A Key Role In Shivarajkumar’s ‘Vedha’

Up and coming playback singer Aditi Sagar, who has tracks such as Dum Maro Dum and The Bengaluru Song from ‘French Biriyani’ to her name so far, will reportedly make her Bonafide acting debut in the A.

Harsha directorial ‘Vedha’. According to recent reports, Aditi is likely to play a key role in the film which marks Shiva Rajkumar’s landmark 125th project. The same reports also reveal that the film is expected to go on floors sometime in December of 2021 in Bengaluru and a huge set piece will be constructed for the first schedule of the shoot.

Aditi Sagar is the daughter of noted art director and occasional actor Arun Sagar. She began her singing career at the age of 14 with the song Dum Maro Dum in ‘Raambo 2’, starring Sharan, and then went on to charm everyone with her soulful rendition of the Samshaya track in ‘Kavalidaari’. Aditi rose further in popularity when Vasuki Vaibhav chose her to sing The Bengaluru Song from ‘French Biriyani’ which stars Danish Sait, Disha Madan, and others.

‘Vedha’ marks the fourth collaboration between A. Harsha and Shiva Rajkumar whose most recent exploit, ‘Bhajarangi 2’, is currently running in theatres. The 59-year-old Shiva Rajkumar is one of the busiest actors working today with a slew of big projects lined up ahead – he is currently shooting for ‘Bairagi’ for director Vijay Milton and ‘Nee Sigovaregu’ with Raam Dhulipudi (co-starring Mehreen Pirzada) and has a film with Rishab Shetty which is likely to start once he wraps up his other commitments.
